To inform a new permit parking program at several park and ride facilities Framework collected, analyzed, and reported base-line data. Framework also administered a rider survey in both English and Spanish. Framework prepared a report with the data collection and survey results and key findings.

Columbus is a national model for innovative parking management and mobility strategies in Downtown and adjacent neighborhoods such as the Short North Arts District. Building off previous efforts, Framework worked with the City on strategies to implement existing policies to improve parking management and enhance mobility options.
