With new growth and amenities in Downtown Redmond, the demand for parking is increasing as four new light rail stations are planned for the City. Data for on- and off-street parking usage was collected to better understand parking dynamics in the area. A public survey that received 547 responses asked people about their experience with parking.

Parking strategies developed by Framework include shared parking, modifications to time limits, implementing paid parking in strategic locations, developing new curb lane management strategies, and updating management strategies for City-owned commuter parking facilities.
