An urban planner and designer, Jeff has worked with a wide variety of communities to strengthen their neighborhoods and downtowns. Jeff has served as the Planning Director for Essex Junction, VT and Langley, WA. Most recently he has worked on the private side as a consultant, helping communities with revitalizing downtowns, creating a new town center in communities without a downtown, retrofitting suburban developed to more people-oriented places, redesigning streets and public spaces to be more vibrant and fun, and developing public art programs. Jeff is also an expert in parking analysis, policy, and management to support community goals for downtowns, neighborhood districts, and tourism related uses.
Jeff has worked together with Framework on projects including the transformation of 2nd Street in Langley, and projects in Lakewood, Shelton, and Olympia. He is currently leading projects in Pasco, Renton, Sammamish, Milton, and for Sound Transit.
Jeff is a member of the American Planning Association and holds credentials from the American Institute of Certified Planners.
